The Sri Balaji combined unit with pneumatic clutch and spring applied brake is ideally sulted for application where medium to large masses have to be frequently accelerated and decelerated.
In addition to very high thermal capacity, the possibility of overlap between clutch and brake is eliminated and worm plates are easily replaced without withdrawal or dismantling.
The major fields of aplication are in presses, quillotines, automatic transfer and balnking presses cutting and straightening machines as well as wood, testile, plastics and paper processing machines.
Clutch & Brake plates can be suspended on twelve pin & guide bushes or on two coaxial / non coaxial pins.
Clutch brake units are availabel from - 50 kpm to 1600 kpm. |
